1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Wisecrest Atelier services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have guardian consent to participate in classes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and refunds
- Tuition is due upon enrollment unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds: full refund if requested 7 days before the first session; 50% within 3 days; no refunds after the course begins.
- Fees are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless noted.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
We may reschedule sessions due to instructor availability, safety, or equipment maintenance. You will be notified promptly and offered alternatives or credit.
6. Studio policies
- Follow safety instructions at all times.
- No food or drink near wheels and kilns.
- Clean workspaces and tools after use.
7. Intellectual property
All course content, materials, and curricula are owned by Wisecrest Atelier or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, disruptive behavior, or damage to equipment.
- Unauthorized recording or distribution of course content.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or rights of others.
9. Disclaimers
We provide classes “as is” and make no warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wisecrest Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wisecrest Atelier harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these terms.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
